Responsibilities:
- Advising Internet and telephony subscribers
- Making outgoing calls
- Technical support for subscribers
- Reception and registration of incoming requests, fault requests
- Information processing
- Primary assistance in installation / configuration / troubleshooting and failures of equipment and software at the request of subscribers;
- Redirection of requests to technical support lines, repair services and the customer department
- Initial network administration and diagnostics
- Network monitoring, monitoring of controlled elements and facilities
Requirements:
- Work experience in a similar field is desirable
- A confident PC and office software user
- Basic understanding of the basics of network technologies, operation and settings of network equipment such as Wi-Fi router, USB modems, network cards
- Friendly communication and the ability to express your thoughts clearly
- The ability to find solutions to a problem on your own
- Sociability, determination, quick learning, responsibility and attentiveness
- Competent oral and written speech, business communication skills
- Ability to communicate on the phone
